1. If the booking is cancelled 31 days before the check-in date, 25% of the total booking amount would be charged as cancellation fee, and the remaining amount would be refunded to the booking person.
2. Reschedule of booking is permitted if the reschedule request is placed 16 days before from the check-in date and can be rescheduled within 6 months from the check-in date subject to availability.
3. Cancellation of booking is not possible on or after the check-in date and the complete amount has to be paid without any deduction.
